Welcome,

It's time to put you first

Qualified Psycho-therapist specialising in CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for individuals and groups.

Anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, lack of motivation, not feeling good enough? Do you ever just feel stuck in your head, consumed by your thoughts?

Whether it's depression, general worries, social anxiety, health anxiety, PTSD, OCD, phobias, stress, grief, self-esteem issues, disordered eating, anger or just generally looking for tools to be more present in your life, I am here to help.

My aim is to provide time and space where the focus is you. Time to talk, free of judgement, and to work together to find practical tools to help you deal with whatever struggles you may be facing.

What support do I offer?

I want to make therapy and mental health tools available for everyone, regardless of budget or background.

There is no getting away from it, private therapy is not cheap, which is why I want to offer more affordable options alongside my one to one therapy practice via group therapy sessions, workshops and free walking/talking groups (coming soon!)

Individual Therapy

Therapy sessions are 60 minutes long. Sessions can be via Zoom, telephone or face to face in Bury St Edmunds.

Group Therapy

Workshops and group therapy sessions providing information on anxiety and wellbeing, with practical tools to help people manage their mental health in a supportive setting.

Wellbeing workshops for businesses

Workshops tailored to your company's needs, helping your staff to be better equipped to manage their wellbeing in the workplace.
